1. First pull up the Locmop 2000©'s lower handle all the way to the top
2. Then twist the handle clockwise to wring out water. Our pateneted ratcheting mechanism will hold the mop with every twist.
3. To unlock and release, let go of upper handle, and with one hand only, press the release button located on the lower handle. The LocMop 2000© does all the rest.
